OUR DOJO

A dojo (道場) literally means “place of the way” in Japanese — a space dedicated to learning, practice, and personal growth.

The Kaashikoi dojo is a beautiful space within Bedminster Methodist Church in Bristol.

Here, we come together to explore Aikido in a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.

“Fantastic place to come and practice Aikido. Such a friendly group of people, very welcoming to newcomers. Sensei Chye explains everything really well and makes the classes really interesting and enjoyable. I highly recommend.”
