WHAT IS AIKIDO?
The Japanese martial art of Aikido was founded by Morehei Ueshiba, known as O' Sensei.
Aikido uses movements that do not rely on physical strength to be effective. This allows Aikido to be enjoyed be people of all ages, and abilities.

OUR DOJO
A dojo (道場) literally means “place of the way” in Japanese — a space dedicated to learning, practice, and personal growth.
The Kaashikoi dojo is a beautiful space within Bedminster Methodist Church in Bristol.
Here, we come together to explore Aikido in a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.
